Returns, Shipping and Cancellations Policy


In the odd case that you do not love your kalanjali products, here is our policy on returns:

  1. Customers can raise the request for return within 24 hours of product delivery at their shipping address.
  2. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged are eligible for return.
  3. Discounted products or altered products are not eligible for return.
  4. All products at Kalanjali are well checked by our quality team before shipping. In spite of our best efforts, if you find the product damaged kindly email the customer care for raising the request for return.
  5. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you need to email us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  6. Once your return request has been authorized, It must reach us in 7 days only.
  7. You can choose to receive the refund in the form of store credit or same payment instrument used at the time of purchase.
  8. All refunds are processed within 7-14 working days

  2. If you cancel your order after 24 hours of your purchase, we will refund the amount minus shipping charges( in case of pre-paid order).
  3. Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled by us include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Shipping Policy

  1. At KALANJALI, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed couriers.
  2. We cannot be held responsible for any unpredicted delays from the logistics end.
  3. Shipping within India is free for all apparel products on the website. For international shipping we charge a rate of INR (actual values)
  4. Products are delivered within a week in India. Delivery to locations outside India takes 12-15 days.
  5. We request you to provide your correspondence address at the time of order with the zip code and Phone number in order to make the delivery process smooth and proficient.
  6. We process orders on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  7. Any address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if new location is within the same state.
  8. As soon as your package is shipped from our end, package tracking information will be emailed to you.
  9. The logistics closure announced by various State Governments may impact the deliveries.
